90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely happy with a product you bought from ToyFuel, let us know why within 90 days and we'll give you an account balance credit. Fill in the enquiry form and choose '90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee' as the reason for returning the item.
Return Policy Overview
At ToyFuel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also accept returns of opened items within 14 days if the item is defective or not as described.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely with all original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. For credit card purchases, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company's policies.
Refund Options
We offer two refund options:
- Standard Refund: Refund to your original payment method (processing time: 7-14 business days)
- ToyFuel Account balance Credit: Immediate refund to your ToyFuel account balance (can be used for future purchases)
Return Shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping in the following cases:
- The item received was damaged or defective
- You received an incorrect item
To qualify for free return shipping, please contact our customer service team before returning the item.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse
International Return Policy
For international orders, the same general return policy applies, but please note the following:
- International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the return shipping process.
- The return process may take longer for international orders due to shipping and customs processing times.
International Refund Processing
For international orders, refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction. Please note that due to currency exchange fluctuations, the refund amount in your local currency may differ slightly from the original charge.

To make a warranty claim:
